It’s official! With fewer than three weeks to go until opening day, the 2014 CV Show and Workshop is full to bursting. Show organisers have announced that every available portion of Show space has been sold and the books are now closed.
This is a clear indication that the enthusiasm for, and confidence in, the key industry upon which the rest of UK plc is so heavily dependent really is paying off.
The 2014 Show exhibit space will measure just over 31,400m2 - an increase of almost 8% over last year.
In addition, by way of celebrating the ‘sell out’ news, the CV Show Partners will present a cheque for £1,000 to each of the transport charities that will exhibit at the Show: BEN (The Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund), road safety charity Brake and Transaid.
The excitement is not just confined to the exhibition halls; the outside exhibition areas will also be packed with new innovations, eye-catching displays and several interactive opportunities. Show organisers are sworn to secrecy on the nature of the displays, but there will be excitement across the Show’s indoor and outdoor exhibition space.
So, if road transport is your business, make certain you come to the UK’s biggest Commercial Vehicle Show running in Halls 3a, 4 and 5 of the NEC Birmingham from 29 April until 1 May. There is guaranteed to be something new for everyone.
Finally, a vital piece of advice from the organisers – wear comfortable shoes, there’s a lot to see!
